TimeCue is a free tool that texts you reminders from your calendar. These terms
exist to keep expectations honest on both sides: what TimeCue promises, what it
can't promise, and what we ask of you. They're written plainly on purpose.

By creating a TimeCue account and checking the agreement box at signup, you agree
to these Terms of Use and to the TimeCue Privacy & Security policy, which is part
of this agreement. If you don't agree, don't use TimeCue.
TimeCue reads upcoming events from the calendar you link and sends text-message
reminders to the phone number you register, according to your settings. It is
provided free of charge for personal and internal use.

By registering your number, you consent to receive automated text reminders from
TimeCue at that number. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan,
and message frequency varies with your calendar and settings. Reply STOP to
any text to stop reminders, START to resume, and HELP for help. While
reminders are stopped, TimeCue can't do its job — texts resume only after START.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
TimeCue is a convenience, not a guarantee. Whether a reminder arrives — and
arrives on time — depends on things outside our control: cellular networks and
your carrier, your phone and its settings, the calendar providers (Apple, Google,
Microsoft), power and internet service where the system runs, and the behavior of
software itself. Reminders may occasionally be late, duplicated, or not arrive at
all, and the service may be interrupted or unavailable at any time without notice.
Never rely on TimeCue as your only reminder for anything important — medical
appointments, medication, legal obligations or court dates, travel, work
deadlines, or anything safety-related. For those, keep your own alarms and
calendar alerts as well. TimeCue is the backup that makes life easier, not a
system to bet something critical on.
TimeCue is provided **"as is" and "as available," without warranties of any
kind**, express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or accuracy. Plainly:
we built it carefully and we run it carefully, but we can't and don't promise it
will always work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexis PM and its operator are **not liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages**, or
for any loss arising from missed, late, duplicated, or failed reminders; missed
appointments, events, or deadlines; or your use of or inability to use TimeCue —
even if we've been advised such losses are possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total combined liability for all
claims relating to TimeCue will not exceed fifty US dollars ($50). TimeCue is
free — this limit reflects that.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits;
in those places, these sections apply to the fullest extent the law permits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard
to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal
courts located in Texas — but talk to us first at [email protected]; most
issues can be sorted out directly.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy & Security policy, are the entire
agreement between you and Nexis PM regarding TimeCue.
